The private screened saltwater pool and covered lanai are the heart of the home. Spend the day swimming, stretch out on one of the two chaise loungers, gather on the large outdoor sectional or enjoy a meal at the covered dining table for six. A propane grill and tropical landscaping complete the outdoor space.

Inside, the bright open living room has a spacious sectional, smart TV, soundbar and board games. The updated kitchen features quartz countertops, a full-height quartz backsplash, stainless-steel appliances and a large sink peninsula. It is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware and other essentials for preparing meals during your stay.

Dining options include a sunny breakfast nook for four, two counter stools, a separate dining room and covered dining on the lanai.

DOLPHIN ROOM-PRIMARY BEDROOM
King bed with bedside lighting and an adjoining primary bathroom. The bathroom includes two vanity areas, a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower.

HERON ROOM
Queen bed with two nightstands, bedside lamps and calming coastal décor.

OWL ROOM
Queen bed with bedside lighting, tranquil artwork and coastal accents.

PELICAN ROOM--BUNK ROOM AND OFFICE
Twin-over-twin bunk bed, pull-out twin trundle, dedicated desk, office chair and dresser.

The home has a second full bathroom with a tub and shower. A hair dryer is provided in each bathroom.

WiFi and the dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed. A private laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, utility sink, counter space and cabinetry.

Guests also have access to thoughtful vacation amenities, including bicycles, helmets, a bike pump, beach wagon, beach towels, pool noodles, a pack-and-play and a convertible high chair/booster seat.

Each bedroom is named for local wildlife. The dolphin, pelican, owl and heron photographs displayed throughout the home were taken locally by the owners.
